I am a yoga teacher, physical therapist, beachcomber, avid reader and mom to two teenagers.
My classes have been described as fun and nurturing and I am passionate about the healing benefits of a consistent yoga practice. I specialize in teaching yoga to those with injuries, balance deficits or physical limitations.
My gentle, hands-on approach allows students to experience the healing benefits of yoga and my aim is to make the practice accessible to all. I use yoga as a tool to keep me grounded, to calm my busy mind in order to hear my own intuition and to stay focused on those things that are most important in my life.
I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training at the Sanctuary Yoga Studio in Plymouth. I also hold a doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from Simmons College. Yoga is my passion and I love sharing this practice with all of you.
